Quick Help

No Sound?

  1. Ensure device volume and Ring/Silent switch are on.
  2. Turn off Silent Mode and disable Bluetooth audio if not in use.
  3. Close and reopen the app.
  4. Restart your device if the issue persists.

Minimum Requirements

  • iPhone / iPad running the latest iOS/iPadOS versions
  • Storage: ~50MB free
  • Internet: Not required after installation (works offline)

FAQ

How does the training work?

You will hear a start note followed by a fixed target note (e.g., C). Identify the start note by tapping the correct key on the on-screen piano. You’ll get immediate feedback (Correct / Incorrect).

Can I replay the question?

Yes. Tap Replay to hear the start and target notes again before answering.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. After installation, the training works without an internet connection.

Which ranges are used?

White keys from B2 through C5 for start notes; the target note is fixed per stage (e.g., C or B).

I switched stages and sound stopped. What can I do?

Fully close and reopen the app. If the issue returns, please contact support with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.
